eW Place is operated by Ben Hall, who formerally ran websites you may remember such as eW Torch, eWscene, eW Zine, and eW Mania.
It was born out of the need for "something more" in fantasy wrestling. After a several year hiatus in fantasy wrestling (Ben had moved into the realm of professional wrestling as a manager and referee, then later promoter and production manager for several independent promotions), he started looking around to see what was going on in fantasy wrestling.
It seemed like the days of "community sites" were all but gone, the hobby active but nowhere to pull the various circles together. Using his knowledge and experience in not only fantasy wrestling, but independent wrestling, Ben decided to open eW Place and bring back resources once found on hs other sites, with the main focus of being able to find active eFeds.
Will eW Place takeoff? Who knows, only time will tell. But for now, welcome.
